All my life I learned I should specialise in something.
Starting with my family and the education system telling me, I should pick a job or studies. Preferably something that suits me. I never liked school and I’m a classic autodidact. Also when it came to the job thing I could never settle on anything. Every time I tried to settle, I came to the point where something else interested me more. This led to a lot of confusion and devastation, yes, even to a lot of ‘wasted’ money.
When I was 17 I realised I wanted to create passive income sources online, work on my own terms and change the world for the better in the process. So I started blogging.
Turns out, when you blog you need to find a niche. A field you specialise in. And even worse! You have to stick to it! FOREVER.
I can’t tell you how many blogs I had over the years. How many project pages. All separate. And to some extent I still do. Mainly because some things you simply can’t put into the same basket.
It was tedious and it made me feel miserable. Why could I not just stick to something?
In October 2016 I found out, that I am a Multipotentialite. And that there is nothing wrong with me. Quite the opposite.

Multipotentiality refers to an individual whose interests span multiple fields or areas, rather than being strong in just one. Such traits are called multipotentialities, while “multipotentialites” has been suggested as a name for those with this trait.
By contrast, those whose interests lie mostly within a single field are called “specialists.”
It was this video, that changed it all for me. And it was this video, that made me create this website in order to create a playground for myself and my multipotentiality.
I’ve finally started defining what I stand for again, instead of scattering myself all over the internet, buying a new domain every two months.
