Luxembourg by night

Taking off from Luxembourg airport at night on our way to London last week, we had a nice view of the city and surroundings by night.

Here you see the "European Quarter" in Kirchberg, just after take-off:

Next, we flew over the city centre. Here you can see the Pont Adolphe in the middle of the image, with the Boulevard Kennedy winding its way north from the bridge through the Kirchberg plateau.

And finally, we flew passed our home, this the Lorentzweiler commune area in the middle of the photo. The big white line to left of centre is the motorway bridge between the Grouft and Gousselerbierg tunnels and to the very right of centre is edge of Bofferdange.
