Learn to Care
Learn to Care represents heads of social care learning and workforce development in all councils in England. Members are situated in a range of organisational structures while retaining responsibility for the social care workforce. Minervation launched their website in 2005. A fairly standard site layout and design wise, it is informative and well maintained.
